Marketing Specialist - Management Consultancy
As a Marketing Specialist with a global management consultancy you will be tasked with promoting the firm's brand and capabilities' awareness, establishing the leadership team as experts in their respective fields and supporting relationship building activities with target clients.
The role is split between the London office and EMEA. The London part of the role will involve working with the leadership team to create commercialisation plans for priority campaigns for the UK market, and the EMEA part will involve discrete target marketing and interacting with key stakeholders and EMEA Partners. The Marketing Specialist will create commercialisation plans for priority campaigns for the UK market and manage and oversee the implementation of these plans, including management of key activities and will also work with Regional Practice Leaders to devise commercialisation and relationship marketing plans for EMEA priority individuals and target clients and manage the delivery of each practice plan and associated cross-region marketing campaigns, co-ordinating across local markets. You will support London office business development, including priority sector events and campaigns planning and execution, account planning and on-going client relationship building with a focus on priority accounts and drive the London office's digital footprint through the management of the website for the UK market and other social media channels. You will also be tasked with codifying learnings and sharing best practices with local marketing teams and will be expected to initiate, support and execute ad-hoc marketing team projects ensuring the success of the London and regional marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will be a bright graduate with excellent organisational and communication skills, and at least five years' previous marketing experience in a professional services environment to include a significant amount of campaign execution experience. The Marketing Specialist must be proficient in social media and digital communications and will possess impeccable attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a good grasp of systems including CRM.
