Creative Lead

We are looking smart and multitalented Creative Lead to join one of the world’s most dynamic and exciting drinks companies to work across the world’s top wine, champagne and spirit brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced creative lead to work in-house and deliver high-end creative that will live in many different places - online, offline, retail and experiential.

You will partner and lead the department with the Studio Manager and be responsible for the ideation across all briefs, owning the businesses creative product and leading the in-house creative team. 

We are looking for a confident, conceptual and collaborative lead, who is strong at copy, messaging, can develop scripts, but is also visual and can provide art direction/guidance to the design team across all digital, video and traditional comms executions.

We are looking for a candidate who can work across multiple brands at any one time, with different styles and personalities, so we are looking for someone who can be a strong brand guardian. 

This is a new role that will sit within the newly created in-house studio, reports to the Head of Digital and you will need to be able to mentor and develop key members of the team.

We are looking for someone who ideally comes from an agency background who has proven experience, a finger on the pulse creatively and will push the brands forward.
