A rapidly growing and industry leading organisation within the education and training space is seeking a Head of Marketing to join them in a new role within the organisation. 

Working across B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, the Head of Marketing will form part of the company's senior leadership team in developing marketing strategy across digital and offline channels for a diverse portfolio of educational products and services. 

Responsibilities of the Head Of Marketing
  • Work with senior management in development of marketing objectives and and strategy across all divisions of the business 
  • Line management of a team of 5 within marketing and reporting directly into the Group Head of Marketing.
  • Managing implementation of the strategy across digital and offline channels including but not limited to email, events, direct mail, website management, PPC/SEO and analytics. 
  • Oversee all content and ensure the quality and content of all marketing material is to a high standard.
  • Manage sponsorship deals and marketing partnerships, working closely with the commercial team.
  • Working closely with key industry partners to open up new marketing opportunities.
  • Constantly looking at new ways the company can develop its marketing proposition to drive commercial growth across all areas.
  • Working directly with the sales and commercial teams in development of lead generation campaigns and pipeline management. 
Requirements of the Head Of Marketing
  • All applicants should have experience in developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns with a strong background as a marketeer. 
  • Experience within the not for profit, education and/or higher education space is highly advantageous
  • Experience in leading and developing teams is highly advantageous.
