Digital Campaign Editor
QVC UK broadcast live 16 hours a day across four TV channels. With a bigger focus on digital, we’ve created the new role of Digital Campaign Editor within our Digital Commerce Team to help us drive growth online, on mobile and on our apps.
About the Role
Reporting to the Social & Content Marketing Manager, as a Digital Campaign Editor, you will strategically plan key promotions and stories across our digital platforms, analyse and report on content performance and use these learnings to inform future success. As part of the role you will also be responsible for communicating plans and priorities to our TV and Marketing Teams.
Our business is unique and we pride ourselves on our friendly people and selling big name brands such as Elemis, Dyson, Bose and Kelly Hoppen. Our homepages across web and apps are our digital shop windows where our most compelling stories across all of our categories both on-air and online need to be promoted. You’ll work closely with key departments in the business from Marketing and Social Media to Content, TV Production and PR.
What Do You Need?
We’re looking for someone with ecommerce experience, preferably in a multi-channel environment, with excellent planning and communication skills. You should also be able to react to business opportunities and challenges with the ability to communicate with all teams at QVC.
You will need to be a highly organized, results orientated person, with excellent attention to detail who is passionate about the customer and all elements of the customer experience.
