A leading B2B International Gaming Events Company is currently looking for a Global Digital Marketing Executive to join their expanding Marketing Operations team.

Reporting directly in to the Director of Digital, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with the day to day running, maintenance, development and marketing of of the companies websites. The role will also support other event and publishing websites and include all digital sponsorship fulfilment.

Digital Executive Responsibilities:

Website, Content and google analytic administration

  • Prioritise and manage day-to-day website issues and problems to resolution, monitoring functionality, escalating as required
  • Upload, edit and optimise content, news etc via the website CMS as necessary
  • Proof-read web pages / news articles and correct any errors
  • Weekly and monthly analytics and reporting via Google Analytics & interpretation of results
  • Ensuring the websites can fulfil digital opportunities - setting up Ad positions on websites through DFP and Adserver

Social Media

  • Implement social media campaigns across the selected social media channels, supported with paid for promotions
  • Manage and manipulate content accordingly
  • Report on results of social media campaigns and suggest and implement on-going improvements

Marketing and project management

  • Administer weekly email newsletter
  • Co-ordinate print and digital ads, flyers, HTML templates, sponsor collateral as necessary
  • Project management and marketing of webinars including the e-mail campaigns as and when required

Digital Sales fulfilment

  • Liaising with sponsors and co-ordinating sponsorship fulfilment and scheduling not limited to
  • Ensuring the websites can fulfil digital opportunities
  • Setting up Ad positions on websites through DFP and Adserver and executing ad campaigns
  • Setting up & testing advertising on HTML templates
  • Data manipulation and segmenting for e-mail shots
  • Monitoring of and delivery of campaign results / reports

Digital Executive Experience / skills required:

  • Experience of executing digital development
  • Strong technical & digital ability & knowledge
  • Managing and working with data, HTML, Pardot automation systems ( or similar)
  • Previous experience working with web content management systems, , analytic tools, websites, SEO,
  • Experience working with DFP / Adverser and fulfilling website ad inventory
  • Copywriting and editing experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, high attention to detail
