Brand Communications Officer - Leading Bank
A leading financial services institution is looking to hire a Brand Communications Officer to join their vibrant team in London.
The team is responsible for supporting branches and UK business areas to deliver a consistent brand, and helps to communicate the unique aspects of their brand across channels, from local awareness campaigns to communicating a new product or service launch to all customers. The team is responsible for the bank's new website development and existing website maintenance, delivering a range of materials to engage prospects and customers, and provide advice and guidance on the brand and communications.

The successful candidate will manage the successful delivery of our communications, and build the team's ability to serve branches, regions and business areas effectively. The role involves coordinating with branches and product areas to ensure that all communications assignments are briefed in correctly and completed to deadlines, and work closely with our external partners to ensure our communications are delivered effectively.
You will be involved in driving the creation and delivery of communications plans for product and service launches and developing new ways to support their branches and customers efficiently.
