What is the role?
We’re looking for a Senior Propositions Manager that can help NEST design and deliver marketing and digital strategies to our members and customers. This role forms part of an exciting function within Marketing Strategy and planning. The team develops marketing strategies that include a digital channel plan with appropriate KPIs, an associated activity plan, track delivery, and commission implementation from services across NEST. We also provide customer and market insight based on research and web analytics, and regularly assess and report on the success of marketing activities and digital channel.
What kind of person are you?
You’re a person that has proven experience in the development and delivery of marketing strategies in both B2C and B2B environments, especially in the digital space. You’re a strategic thinker and thrive on being able to see and design the big picture, whilst at the same time can get down into the detail of delivering a campaign. You’ll have a high level of tenacity and a knack for marketing analytics. You’ll love the challenge of leaving no stone unturned in trying to solve problems and challenges that can arise in complex work environments. You base your recommendations on insights derived from data. You are easily able to influence stakeholders at different levels of the business and in regulated environment.
