My client are an up-and-coming IT company expanding their presence in both the UK and International markets and winning awards for their fresh and innovative approach. Targeting a high-demand area of the market, their products offer industry-leading solutions to their partners and as such they are looking to recruit for the newly created job of Campaign Marketing Executive to be based in their offices near Theale.
Your new role
We're looking for a Campaign Marketing Executive to plan, project-manage, execute and optimise demand generation activity to deliver against the business' demand generation strategy to generate leads and, ultimately, sales.
You will create demand generation activities that will include (but not be limited to) webinars, content syndication, video, social media and other content creation. You will draft new content items to support campaign execution and work to refine and review with key stakeholders. You will build campaigns in-a-box that are partner-ready and can be rolled out by partners or customised with partners to generated MQLs.
Your job will be to define and maintain an effective, multi-channel marketing calendar and ensure timely and accurate communication of all campaigns to internal stakeholders to ensure regional teams are educated on program objectives and targets; fully briefed on campaigns and understand roles, responsibilities and requirements to flawlessly execute these campaigns in their territories.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven ability to use the full marketing mix (outbound, inbound and social media) to execute successful campaigns, and your proven ability to execute and optimise integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a demonstrable impact on opportunities generated.
You will have experience of understanding a target audience and creating content items from a brief (such as emails and landing page copy) positioned for a targeted audience, would be a distinct advantage. You will also need excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance, experience using Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform) and CRM systems, and experience of outbound marketing tools will be a distinct advantage. You will also use your project management experience with marketing campaigns with proven ability to deliver marketing tactics to completion and measurement.
What you'll get in return
