We are one of the most exciting eCommerce start up companies in the North West right now. Set up in 2016, it didn’t take us long in becoming a 150+ employee company with offices in Manchester, Leicester, London and Dubai. 

We have got a multi-million-pound investment behind us which has seen some of our brands such as advertised on the TV in less than 6months of going live. 

The CRO Analyst Opportunity:

Acting as the CRO Analyst you will be creating and analysing optimisation projects for numerous brands across a variety of devices, undertake the planning, designing and communication of a regular schedule of A/B & MVT tests to increase brands CRO and ultimately return on investment. You will provide weekly & monthly reports on funnel analysis and conversion metrics, as well as assisting activities across all areas of digital marketing.

Responsibilities/What you’ll be doing day to day:

+ Implementation of CRO strategy to drive more revenue via calls and form submissions.
+ Analysing key performance metrics from a wide range of sources.
+ Analysis of digital analytics data, usability testing data, and business outcomes.
+ Ownership of the implementation of CRO tools.
+ Champion the testing culture in the business, using rigorous process and solid science to reach insightful conclusions.
+ Ad hoc analysis & detailed reporting as required, both in Excel and PowerPoint to promote data-driven decision.

We’re Looking For The Following:

+ 2 plus years experience within CRO
+ An analytical mindset and a natural problem solver
+ Experience at devising and implementing conversion optimisation projects
+ Good knowledge of A/B and MVT testing with experience of tools like Optimizely, Analytics, Crazy Egg, Unbounce, etc.
+ Ability to write HTML and CSS code in order to build tests.
+ Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to work with large amounts of data to extract clear insights.
+ Advanced spreadsheet skills & the ability to process large amounts of data.
+ Competent user of PowerPoint to produce clear & concise presentations
