Student Recruitment Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will be able to act independently and apply a comprehensive understanding of the business environment to produce and modify business plans as a result of analysis of data and the market place. You will have substantial experience of student recruitment and account management along with excellent customer care skills. An ability to understand and act on market trends aligning thoughts and plans to the mid to long term strategy is essential.
The role will require you to be responsible for developing and delivering a regional plan that strategically targets key institutions within the postgraduate and undergraduate market with a view to generating leads, applications and converting those leads to enrolments. You will also provide analysis on all aspects of the regional plan and professional recommendations and solutions which will have a short and long term impact on student recruitment in the region. A key aspect of this role is Account Management. You, in partnership with the Campus Dean, will be required to build relationships within universities, schools and colleges and strengthen these relationships through the development of a contact strategy that provides for ongoing contact to become the point of contact/preferred supplier. You will also support the Campus Dean with managing client relationships with firms and other clients within your region.
Events are a large part of this role and you will be responsible for the planning, organisation and execution of an extensive events programme within universities and schools & colleges. You will be expected to attend, give presentations and run workshops as part of the regional event programme.
