Client Development Systems Administrator - Ambitious Law Firm
An excellent role has become available within a niche law firm with international growth ambition. The Client Development Systems Administrator will be working as part of a virtual data quality team across the global, tasked with supporting the firm's data quality strategy.
This role is responsible for improving the quality and depth of the data held in the firm's CRM system for business development purposes along with delivering CRM reporting and assistance with project work. It includes managing the firm's data change management inbox, responding to user enquiries regarding data changes, importing and exporting lists, running searches, ensuring compliance to the firm's data protection marketing principles and researching client and prospect information to ensure the CRM system contains current and accurate information. The Client Development Systems Administrator will produce and develop reports, project data, admin and offer overall project support.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and enthusiastic graduate, with exceptional attention to detail and a tenacious attitude towards ensuring data accuracy. You should also possess experience of e-marketing and CRM systems, ideally InterAction and Vuture Vx, gained whilst working within a professional services firm. The Client Development Systems Administrator must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work efficiently when faced with tight deadlines. Flexible and adaptable, you will be an optimistic self-starter. Knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR and "anti-spamming" regulations and laws would be a major advantage.
