An exciting, long term opportunity for a strategic account director!
independent design agency specialising in consumer focused digital services including web/app builds, video production, social media campaigns, e-commerce and CRM. The quality of their design work is extraordinarily high and as such, they have built up an enviable client portfolio including, Lacoste, L'Oreal, Lancome, Clarks, De Beers, Citroen, Diesel, The Body Shop and many, many more. They are based in attractive, easily accessible offices in West London with a small but perfectly formed team of 15 full time employees with the additional support of full time developers based in the Ukraine.
The owner and Managing Director has recently reduced his hours to 2 days per week and as a result, the opportunity for an experienced Account Director, Snr AD or GAD has arisen to help manage the client services team. You will work alongside another Snr AD and fulfil all the usual tasks associated with such a position.
The most important aspect of the role is the client handling, whoever takes this role on will need to be an excellent relationship builder, someone that has a track record of growing accounts and also pitching successfully for new business. The client services team are motivated and work well together, there is a genuine family feel to the business and staff do socialise outside of work. As such, whoever comes in will need to nurture this and quickly integrate/earn their respect.
