Recognised industry experts, this London based promotions agency has a truly global reach. They work with iconic clients like Samsung and Universal across a wide range of sectors including Entertainment, Technology and Retail. The agency is well known for some hugely successful campaigns (that you'll certainly have seen) and are well respected within the industry. Based out of vibrant, modern offices in North West London, their 40-strong team enjoy a relaxed, creative atmosphere and have been steadily growing for some time. The agency is keen to continue their growth trend and are now in need of a Campaign Sales executive with some understanding of the promotional marketing industry to help them do so…

The Role

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have some understanding of the promotions and /or marketing industry. You'll need to commercially aware, with strong negotiating skills and a track record of delivering results. The role will primarily involve:

  • Identifying suitable target brands/ sectors/ agencies in line with company's strategic objectives
  • Developing a sales pipeline for the rolling 6 months
  • Leading and owning sales process until client sign-off - including meetings, presentation, commercial proposal and contact negotiation (where applicable)
  • Maintaining a continued understanding of market trends and innovation
  • Cross-selling to RPI when appropriate

The Opportunity

The agency are growing impressively and as such the role offers excellent scope for growth. The basic salary on offer is strong and there is also a commision/bonus scheme in place. The role will be varied, involving identifying business opportunities, closing existing deals and negotiating on behalf of the agency. The clients are an exiting mix (including Xbox, samsung etc) and the team is highly social.
