Head of PR & Communications - Interim

Hays are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's largest commercial brands to recruit an Interim Head of Communications & PR. This is a 10 month FTC based in South Birmingham, easily accessible via public transport.
Your new role
In your new role you with be responsible for managing the reputation of the organisation and development and delivery of pro-active, strategic and measurable media and communication campaigns. You will be required to take a leadership role on issues that could impact the organisations reputation engaging the wider stakeholder community (including Executive Board, employees and Media) to help achieve strong reputational benefit and commercial aspirations.
What you'll need to be successful
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working in a fast paced and forever changing environment.
To be successful in this role it is essential you have experience in Crisis Communications, Crisis Management and working alongside Senior Internal & External stakeholders and investors.
This role will enable you to regularly work alongside national and regional press, on exciting projects which will have a huge impact on the regeneration of Birmingham.
