Our client is one of the world’s leading customer insight companies. They analyse data and apply insights to help companies create better, more personalised customer experiences. They are now looking for an Account Manager to grow brand value and loyalty. As Account Manager, you'll work with retail clients on the creation, implementation and review of media plans and engagement solutions, selling media solutions in order to deliver an integrated, end-to-end service, as well as profitable sales growth for all parties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sell media solutions across print, digital, and loyalty schemes to retail / FMCG clients
• Partner with clients to support strategy and objectives via media solutions, and increase impact with customers and sales
• Utilise insights to support retailer customer strategies and build brand/customer value
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to help shape and launch solutions
• Lead client engagement to achieve business objectives with a customer focus
• Demonstrate the ability to influence supplier/retailer decision making in order to provide customer solutions
Skills & Experience required:
• Account management and / or media planning experience 
• Knowledge of digital, print and ideally retail-focused (POS, loyalty schemes) media
• Consultative client relationship management and sales experience
• Commercial business acumen
• Understanding of data and ability to make recommendations from insights
• Curious and passionate about customer insights
• Ideally Retail or FMCG industry experience / knowledge
