B2B Marketing Manager

Global company with offices based near Windsor, Berkshire is looking for an inspiring and driven Marketing Manager to join the team.

They are looking for someone who has the ability to eliminate complexity and add value.  You’ll need to be comfortable briefing and presenting at all levels including the executive team level and have the ability to present complex analysis/material in an understandable and user-friendly manner across several cultures and languages.

What we’re really looking for is someone who has ability to turn decisions into actionable plans.

You’ll need to be a real team player and have the ability to deliver excellence and demand it of others.

Duties -

  • Competitive and Market Intelligence (CMI)
  • Customer communications
  • Pricing strategies to drive value and growth
  • Analysis of competitor and customer environments to deliver insights that reinforce the company's market leadership
  • B2B customer support (new CRM strategies)
  • Harnessing the talent and maximising the output of the marketing team
  • Business analysis, planning and forecasting

Requirements -

  • An understanding of industrial process and the demands of business to business customer service
  • Excellent planning, organisational, management and analytical skills
  • The ability to grow rapidly within an evolving organisation
  • Knowledge of the automotive, marine and / or aviation industries
  • Experience of pan-European business
  • Language capability (Fluent in French and/or German)
  • An achievement and performance orientation
  • Flexibility, self-confidence, persistence and initiative
