Marketing Executive (Part-Time) – Additive Manufacturing

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team in Thatcham. As a Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to devise and implement innovative marketing strategies that will elevate our brand presence and expand our market reach.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Head of Sales & Marketing in completing agreed activities.
• Show your creative flair by creating engaging blog posts and articles for our website and social media pages.
• Utilise your analytical skills to prepare comprehensive marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools.
• Take charge of managing our marketing database and email distribution.
• Showcase your design skills by crafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and posters.
• Stay one step ahead of the competition by monitoring their activities and identifying leads for our company.
• Take the lead in liaising with event organisers and managing trade show exhibitions.
• Collaborate with our marketing agency to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaign execution.
• Keep track of our monthly marketing Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications:

• A good level of English, Maths, and literacy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Proficiency in other spoken languages is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Marketing qualifications preferred, but not essential.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Marketing experience in a similar industry or engineering company is preferred, but not essential.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, CRM, and Adobe CS packages.
• Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO).
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.
• Proven time management and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with analytics software.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practises.
