QED Legal are proud to be representing a dynamic and innovative Law firm based in the heart of the City Centre who are looking for a digital and social media manager to join their company.  The Digital & Social Media Manager will be required to oversee their online presence and drive engagement across social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media campaigns, creating compelling content, and driving meaningful results through paid social initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video content.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to meet specific objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated social media and content management role.
  • Proven experience in managing social media channels and executing paid social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
