Marketing and Communications Manager required by an expanding organisation based in High Wycombe
Your new company
This organisation have recently expanded their marketing and communications team and are now looking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The aim of the role is to support the Marketing and Communications team with the execution of the marketing and communications strategy across Europe, focusing on the launch and ongoing marketing and communication of campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign management, event messaging and presentations, creating marketing materials, website management, brand management and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant for this role will have previous experience in management level Marketing and Communications, strong digital communications experience and use of multiple channels, excellent written and spoken English with strong creative skills, excellent attention to detail and high levels of consistency, be an active listener, be able to collate, understand and interpret information quickly, the ability to develop and execute a strategic campaign plans and deliver on time and on budget, demonstrate sound planning and project management skills, develop short-term targets and long-term goals and ideally with experience with website content creation and editing.
