We are looking for a talented Creative Artworker with a 3D focus to join our clients dedicated team located in Melksham, Wiltshire.

The role will be to effectively design, visualise and artwork a variety of printed elements and some digital media.

This includes a heavy focus on Point-of-Sale items for brands and retailers. The work can be fast paced and would suit somebody who enjoys working within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities • Be an integrated and valued member of our creative studio team • Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and deliver exceptional output at all times • Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of our creative team to help create best in class POS • Work closely with our account teams to ensure all jobs are tackled without any issues in a timely manner • Be involved with creative production ensuring all designs and artworks adhere to relevant brand guidelines, are print ready and produced within agreed timeframes

You will be a creative thinker and able to multi- task, have strong print, digital and motion design skills, and expertly know your way around Adobe CC, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. 3D knowledge would be an advantage. You will have a flexible approach to work, excel under pressure and deliver solutions with exceptional attention to detail, on brand and on time. You will have solid knowledge of retail environment enabling you to design ambitious and achievable POS innovations.

Required Skills and Experience • 2+ year’s experience working in a Creative Studio • Advanced Mac software knowledge – Adobe Creative Suite (CC) • An eye for detail with a strong understanding of design and typography • Comprehensive knowledge of print and artwork processes

Skills and Experience that would be a definite advantage • Experience in working with Retail, POS & FMCG client work • Experience of creating 3D designs in Cinema 4D • Experience of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier

Hours:* Typical working day – 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Benefits :• 26 days annual holiday plus 8 public/bank holidays.• Company pension scheme after 3 months (3% employee contribution).• Death in Service Benefit available, subject to you remaining a member of the Company pension scheme.• Due to location, own transport is essential.• The salary is competitive and there is an option to work 1 day from home per week.
