Account Manager (Digital & Direct Marketing) - Off Oxford Street Agency - to £32k

Direct and digital marketing experienced Account Manager is sought to work at a stunning off Oxford Street agency on one of the agency’s flagship accounts.

The Account Manager Role

This is exciting opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager to join a fabulous telecoms account team. The account is the biggest in the agency and the work involves all integrated customer comms from big brand campaigns to CRM, social media, sponsorship and events activation.

You will also work on DM and digital activities so will co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders, briefing agencies and the data fulfillment and digital teams. You will then support the management of the end to end campaign process, with a clear focus on stakeholder management within the business.

Account Manager – Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years in customer communications/campaign management and brand marcoms with a trading (direct response) focus
  • Strong understanding of email, customer journey creation and data
  • Someone who is intrigued by the possibilities of how to answer problems and challenges
  • A data enthusiast – someone who understands and can demonstrate that using data can be a creative process too!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-moving and highly changeable environment
  • University degree or marketing/media qualification

Personal Characteristics Required

  • Organizational skills essential – you’ll need to juggle multiple projects at any one time and always have the latest information to hand – or know where to get it
  • First-class communication skills are essential. You will know how to engage and influence senior level managers within the business and in agencies
  •  A taste for teamwork. You’ll need to work across all levels and directorates across the account as well as our creative agencies
  • A fantastic eye for detail when it comes to creative – nothing passes you by
  • You will know how to execute campaigns and have ambitious ideas on what makes a great brand, great creative and great campaign
  • Must thrive in a fast-moving and highly changeable environment
