Senior CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager needed by a high-growth London start-up.

The Senior CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager will set and execute the CRM strategy, utilising a data driven approach to decision making.

The Senior CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager will:

·Plan and execute the CRM strategy
·Bring a data driven approach to CRM
·Focus on metrics such as improving RFM, conversion and share of wallet
·Take a holistic approach to CRM across all customer touch points including product development, email, text, call-centre etc
·Improve database quality and ensure best practice
·Use data & segmentation to ensure the right messaging to the right person at the right time
·Continually analyse ROI to improve campaigns
·Manage the ESP to optimise open rates & reduce spam filtering etc

The Senior CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Marketing Manager will have:

·Directly relevant experience from a transactional eCommerce co
·Strong all round understanding of CRM inc. bounce-rate, spam-avoidance, RFM, segmentation etc
·Excellent analytical skills (AB testing, LTV, ROI, Google Analytics)
·Strong stakeholder management skills
·the ability to set and execute a meaningful strategy
