Senior Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an outstanding senior level marketer to lead this historic educational institution’s marketing function. You’ll act as brand guardian, responsible for brand management, communication and campaigns across a wide variety of media including Advertising, Marketing Collateral & Literature, Digital, Events, etc. From developing strategic plans through to implementation and analysis, you’ll be reporting directly to a member of the board, and you’ll need excellent communication and persuasion skills as you’ll be liaising and presenting regularly with internal stakeholders and getting their buy-in to your ideas. You’ll manage all marketing budgets and suppliers, as well as a PR & Comms Manager, though there is some requirement to be quite hands on due to the small nature of the marketing team. You’ll need a successful track record of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and ideally be CIM qualified. Educational marketing experience would be hugely beneficial but if you don’t have educational sector experience we’d be looking for someone innovative and dynamic, with a desire to stand out from the crowd with their marketing campaigns. Experience of customer segmentation and targeting is important, and any experience of international campaigns across multiple countries would be beneficial.
