PR & Communications Executive

Your new role
You will report to the PR and Communications Manager and will work in a team of eight professionals covering internal communications, PR, content, collateral and social. The team is responsible for supporting the UK & Ireland business, which comprises over 2,000 staff in over 100 offices. You will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders to keep staff informed and engaged with the overall business strategy, via a variety of business initiatives and campaigns, which help promote the company culture. Your primary focus will be internal communications but you will also work on PR activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced PR & Communications Executive with first-class people skills: ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have experience writing within a corporate environment, ideally for an internal audience and according to brand guidelines. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding grammar and spelling and a confident telephone manner. Ideally degree educated, with a PR/marketing/communication/journalism qualification but not essential.
