What you'll be doing
This is a wide and varied role with some key projects to deliver. First off, the website looks great, but it's not working hard enough and not generating enough leads, this is where you come in. Working with a web development agency you'll help design and deliver a new website that informs, educates, guides and delivers the customer to a call to action. With a decent budget in place you'll have the backing to produce an industry leading website.
Through acquisition of additional businesses, each with their own domains, you will work on the strategy around redirecting traffic from these sites, merging, migrating, collating relevant content, whatever is best to ensure a seamless customer journey and experience.
Working alongside the Campaign Manager you will deliver digital campaigns offering specialist knowledge and technical expertise across core channels such as SEO, PPC, email and social. You will have a direct say in the strategy and plan, and manage the budgets effectively to drive new customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and everything in between.
This is commercial role and you will utilise analytics to justify your decisions through ROI reporting. You will have a creative eye, the ability to tweak and amend the site with some HTML and CSS coding (not absolutely essential but would be useful), along with excellent communication skills you'll also be a strong project manager.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Good experience in managing and developing websites
- Digital campaign management across numerous channels
- Analytical utilising a wide range of tools for reporting
- A creative thinker
- Good project management skills
- Sector experience/B2B are not necessary for this role, just good transferable skills
- Experience of marketing automation (i.e. Eloqua) would be an advantage
