My client is a leading name in the interactive entertainment industry, developing software products to engage with a range of customers and users worldwide. With over 25 years' in the industry, multiple high-profile products, over 8000 employees and a presence worldwide, they are a leading employer offering big opportunities and great packages. Due to the creation of a new Digital Media team, we are actively recruiting for a team of Digital Media Buyers to join the organisation at their headquarters in Guildford.

Your new role
As a Digital Media Buyer you will plan, execute, and manage paid social, search, or programmatic display and video campaigns across multiple European markets. This role will analyse large datasets to draw meaningful insights for the business and continually optimise campaign performance and strategy. You will partner with strategists and local territory leads to develop local media plans, budgets, and channel splits to promote the brands' products. You will execute and optimise media spend making continual adjustments to creative, targeting, and bidding on various buying platforms, and you will analyse media spend datasets to create weekly reports to communicate campaign status and progress to internal teams. Overall you will optimise targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for applicants with experience in digital media buying and/or planning, including:
o Online direct marketing channels depending on your area of preference: Social, Search or Programmatic:Twitter Ads, Power Editor, Kenshoo, Nanigans, DS3, Marina, Gemini, DSPs, DMPs, etc.
o Ad serving and tracking and capabilities (e.g. DFA, Atlas)

o Comfort and familiarity with site optimisation and analytics tools (e.g. GAP, Coremetrics)
o Digital media buyer/planner experience at a media agency, or other social/search/programmatic buying platform is preferred.
You will have strong quantitative skills and a comfort with numbers, a proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
