We have a brilliant opportunity to work with a multi-award-winning agency whose skills range from design, project management, manufacture and installation of bespoke luxury retail window display schemes and in-store visual merchandising; as well as events and sculpture.

Our client is known for their creativity, quality and experience and offer a complete range of services that define their clients' customer experience.

WE are looking for a talented Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for bringing in new project briefs by targeting new business.

You will book new client/brief meetings for our Project Manager and/or obtain new briefs for our team to quote to meet monthly turnover targets. You will do this through, amongst others:
- Identifying, through industry research, new business opportunities and emerging trends and markets to target
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Emailing & updating our existing databases
- Planning and executing regular HTML Campaigns to our databases, in line with our Marketing Strategy
- First point of contact for all new enquiries and clients
- Contacting potential and past clients where relevant
- Linkedin sales generation
- Ensuring SEO agency is effective and delivering results in relation to New Business leads

Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in small business development, at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong small business understanding and sales focused
- Retail industry experience essential
- Working knowledge and experience in digital marketing including; SEO, PPC and Google Analytics
- A degree/similar qualifications preferable
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in Wordpress advantageous
- Highly efficient, organised, a strong planner, problem solver with great time management/prioritisation skills
- An ability to work on a large number of tasks at any one time under tight deadlines, working under pressure
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
