Our client is the leader in their field, with a recognisable brand presence and highly-regarded reputation. They are currently searching for an experienced Online Content Manager to join their growing team in Bedfordshire. With at least 3 years' experience creating online content in a B2C or B2B environment, you will have proven experience producing engaging and creative content across a number of online platforms to drive customer interaction and brand awareness. You will also have a strong working knowledge of SEO and creating SEO optimised content to improve search engine rankings and increase traffic to a website. It goes without saying that you will be an exceptional writer with a keen eye for spelling and grammar and a talent for weaving words to create a compelling narrative to consumers.

As Online Content Manager, one of your first duties will be to create, manage and implement a content plan for the business, with the aim to create regular, inspiring content, improve search engine rankings and enhance the customer experience on the website. You will create not only written content for the website and social media platforms, but will ideally also have experience in creating videos and visual content to drive customer interaction. Having written content for websites previously, you will understand the relationship between content and SEO, and be able to create SEO optimised content to drive consumers to a website. You will have working knowledge of various analytics platforms in order to track and analyse the performance of content updates to the website, blog and all social media campaigns and use the insights gleaned to enhance future content updates.
