An opportunity has become available for an Assistant Employee Communications Lead to join a Public Transport Body based in Central London.
Your new role
Your role will be to support in creating and delivering effective two way employee communications and engagement activities that improve the flow of organisational information. The size of the role will be determined by a maximum of 8 key accountabilities, these being the most important to the job. You will write content and messaging which is aligned to the business objectives and you will support in delivering organisational change communication plans.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need mass communications experience - audience of 20,000 people and the ability to communication with all various types of stakeholders. The successful candidate will also need emotional intelligence i.e. knowing when it is suitable to speak and when not for example in sensitive meetings with senior members of staff. Public sector experience is desirable as well as anyone who has worked at Unilever or Virgin/finance background or NHS as this role falls within a complex organisation.
