Are you currently working in a bids/tenders role but looking for your next challenge? A law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to join the marketing team and help support on the bid activity.
Working closely with the fee earners and marketing team, you will take responsibility for the end to end bid management process, ensuring all the documents are completed on time and to brief.
This is a great opportunity to develop your career in bid management as you will be given full responsibility to manage the process. You will also work with the marketing team to produce the bid status reports and provide regular updates on the bid pipeline.
In order to be successful in the role it is essential that you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines. Experience is preferred from the professional services sector but other industry experience will be considered. You must also have excellent written English skills and the ability to draft engaging content.
This role would suit a self motivated individual, with excellent interpersonal skills and proven organistation skills.
