  • Work in close collaboration with commercial & functional colleagues to assist in the development of both short and mid-term marketing strategy to support commercial and customer aspirations, including the delivery of the annual marketing and integrated communications plan for UKC
  • Support the creation of appropriate frameworks for marketing initiatives to act as guidelines for customer, proposition and market development
  • Partner closely with Insights and Analytical teams to ensure robust interpretation and actionable plans are formed around relevant data/insights analysis to assist in the marketing strategy creation
  • Regularly review customer metrics and propose recommendations for action in relation to key indicators from the insight
  • Ensure the development of a robust customer fact base with a clear focus on market intelligence, consumer trends, customer behaviours and regulatory environment.
  • Regularly review the marketing strategy and operational plans in terms of progress of implementation and prepare appropriate reporting for ExCo and other relevant forums
  • Act as the lead on the use of our market based consumer segmentation to support the identification of key design targets for the UK business to seize optimal and profitable growth opportunities
  • With commercial and marketing teams support the ongoing refinement and development of the product line strategy aligned to our segmentation to establish a framework for proposition development and innovation going forward


  • Solid track record of building new and implementing new processes
  • Experience in social / digital marketing and communications
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Degree qualified
