Senior Business Development Manager-Housing Partnerships
A fantastic opportunity to join a long established but growing business with an excellent reputation in the construction industry within their Housing Partnership division. This role will provide strategic planning for new routes to business and a more sustainable workflow using your existing contacts and newly identified ones through various channels.
Responsibilities to include
To establish new relationships within the housing marketplace using a variety of channels including networking events, conferences.
To create a strategic sales and marketing plan to grow the housing division year on year.
Be an integral part and take the lead where necessary during the PQQ/Pre-Tender interview process to win places on tender lists.
Identify new housing associations to work with and establish places on frameworks.
Provide monthly reporting to senior stakeholders and related sales teams on performance.
Work closely with Business Development, planning, estimating and operations teams to achieve results.
Skills and experience
Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience in a similar role within the housing/construction market.
Have previous experience taking part in PQQ and pre-tender process.
Demonstrate strong communications skills both written and verbal and to confidently conduct face to face meetings within the business environment.
Confident in the use of a CMS system to get the best results.
Passion and enthusiasm to drive and grow the business within your remit.
