Digital Account Manager
If you’d like to be part of a 'family feel’ agency where you’ll manage some loyal and long-standing clients across a variety of industries, please read on….
Our client is a small, integrated agency with a focus on digital communication, based just outside of Central Birmingham. The agency started life nearly 30 years ago as a Marketing and Communications agency, and as such has a wealth of experience in marketing, design and advertising. From creative design to web design and development, not only do these guys know how to make something look great, they know how to ensure people see it too. They offer a fully comprehensive digital service, offering everything from SEO and PPC to Inbound and Social Media Marketing. They have teams who specialise in 3D Illustration and Animation and video marketing too! So, if you’re looking to be part a friendly and creative agency team, then this could be the role for you.
As the Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the main contact point for clients with regards to their digital activity - everything from PPC to Social, SEO and everything in between. You’ll liaise directly with clients on how to optimise their accounts and you’ll be 'hands-on’ setting up, running, monitoring and reporting on campaigns where needed.
Not only will you have a solid grasp of the digital landscape, including Google Analytics, but you’ll have outstanding project management skills to see projects through from conception to completion.
Whilst there is a lean towards PPC (managing between 8-9 PPC client accounts with budgets from anywhere between £300 - £10,000 a month), this is a generalist Digital Account Manager role, and your ability to service highly regarded, long standing clients is the most important player here.
You’ll work closely with an internal Digital Marketing Executive to set-up, grow and optimise PPC campaigns, as well as the day-to-day management, ad copy testing and landing page optimisation and strategy. Together you’ll also work on SEO, social and web built projects.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on with digital marketing, but also enjoys being client-facing and being in the midst of a creative environment. It goes without saying that you’ll have previous agency experience and a positive 'can-do’ attitude.
If you have a creative flair and precious experience in other inbound marketing techniques this would be beneficial but it's not necessary. Your analytical brain will be key here.
If this Digital Account Manager role sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Please send us your CV today!
