POSITION: Digital Marketing Manager

SUITABLE FOR: Digital Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Specialist

LOCATION:  Rugby, Warwickshire

SALARY: C£30k - £50k

Global building solutions company require experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their busy and growing marketing team based in Rugby.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2-3 years as a Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing and social media
  • Experienced in analytics
  • HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
  • Understanding of Schema Data
  • Competent with Adobe CS, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Understanding of implementing W3C Web standards

THE ROLE:

As Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and improving the customer/stakeholder journey across multiple digital touch points including websites and social media channels
  • Growing web user visits and groups with the selected target audiences, reporting progress each month on statistics and analytics
  • Proactively updating, monitoring and measuring the company’s presence on its digital channels as required
  • Developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and cultivating digital leads and sales
  • Ensuring content maximises impact with key target audiences and maintains/improves search engine rankings. Work with marketing to ensure SEO performance is improved and that any work undertaken is aligned and supported
  • Knowledge of building PPC campaigns (AdWords)
  • Compose both written copy and create digital assets to keep all channels up to date and live with news stories, innovations and new solutions
  • Coordinate and sign off content with both the marketing and communications departments
  • Identify and respond to relevant trending social media topics with carefully selected comments and visuals
  • Advise on best-in class social media practices and proactively identify opportunities to make the most of new social media platform developments
  • Recommend and implement targeted campaigns linked to other company communications activity, with clear target audiences in line with five stakeholder groups
