£35,000 per annum plus benefits
Exciting opportunity for a brand focused marketer to join a leading international business in the St Neots area. This is a responsible role that will require the post holder to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including senior marketing personnel, creative, manufacturing, etc. in order to provide fundamental support to the brand across the innovation pipeline for both new and existing categories.
The business is renowned for its innovation so you will readily support the brand growth strategy from concept development to packaging, compelling marketing collateral, as well as implementing full marketing activation plans. In order to define a suitable brand strategy it will be important to build a deep understanding of the target consumer across key markets, therefore, a commercial approach and the ability to track and analyse performance against key objectives is really important.
To be considered you will need to have some previous brand marketing experience within a consumer goods environment, either client side or agency. Previous NPD experience would be a bonus but isn't essential. This role is expected to develop into a full brand manager role within the next 12 months, so they're looking for someone with passion and ambition to drive the brand forward and progress their career simultaneously.
