We're looking for a high calibre and commercially minded analyst to join an award winning Cambridge based business operating at the forefront of the healthcare sector. Working closely with internal and external customers you will be responsible for enabling effective decision making by delivering timely, comprehensive and insightful brand, market and competitor insights.
In summary, you will be tasked with looking at trends to determine the size of each marketing opportunity; working closely with a range of stakeholders to provide them with relevant data, using segmentation, prioritising the data, and then interpreting it into meaningful information; monitoring parallel imports; managing all market research working with selected market research agencies on a daily basis as well as other internal analysts; producing regular reports to be used by the brand team and sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to manage their accounts.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who is able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. As a well organised self-starter with good time management and prioritisation skills, you will be able to think strategically and laterally, building credible relationships across the company and influencing people where required. It goes without saying that you will need to have excellent numerical and analytical skills in order to form the necessary recommendations and insights, and you will also have previous experience writing clear and concise reports and emails.
Previous experience as an analyst within a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment would be advantageous but it is your skill-set and personality traits that we're more interested in, so if you have relevant experience from within a different industry sector, we'd still like to hear from you.
