Marketing Campaigns Manager

Our client is a growing, leading provider of communications services and IT solutions to both consumers and organisations, with offices around the UK.  Looking to recruit a customer-centric Marketing Campaigns Manager based in their London office, with experience in the industry. Salary up to £45,000.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious marketer looking for a high-impact role that will be accountable for defining and delivering on marketing campaigns to engage customers, strengthen the brand and generate leads, leading to new pipeline opportunities.

The successful candidate will be creative and commercial, with an analytical and productive attitude and a track record of leading on successful marketing campaigns.


Key accountabilities will include:

 - Shaping marketing campaigns and messaging in line with focus propositions and target personas.

 - Developing and managing the successful delivery of campaigns that generate a regular flow of marketing qualified leads from existing customers and target prospects, ensuring effective nurturing activities to take a target through to qualification.

 - Creating detailed campaign briefs for all activities, working closely with Sales, Propositions and the wider Marketing team.

 - Engaging with our key partners to maximise marketing co-funding and other support in line with business focuses.


Essential skills and experience:

 - Experience of successfully marketing complex, solutions and services in a B2B environment

 - Understanding of key business challenges facing organisations across target sectors (e.g. Retail, Utilities, Financial Services)

 - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage colleagues, working effectively in cross functional teams

 - A track record of delivering successful lead generating campaigns and events

 - A self-starter able to organise, plan and prioritise their workload to deliver results

 - Ideally, a background in telecommunications / IT solutions.
