Social Media Customer Services Manager
A high growth travel business is searching for an ambitious and talented Customer Services Social Media Manager with a passion for social media who will be the first point of contact for customers and Social Media communities.
The role focuses company brand values and will provide accurate and timely responses to customers reaching who need information about their booking or holiday. This is a customer services role rather than a content production role and your main role will be that of replying to our customers’ social media posts
You will be a Social Media aficionado and possess a working knowledge of all social media platforms and have experience with SM listening tools. You will be the contact point for all Social Media queries and must understand the importance of both speed and brand integrity when replying to information requests or replies from the community, whether in DM or via our social feeds including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and external review sites such as Trustpilot and FeeFo.
