Senior Marketing Executive

This industry leading property company, specialises in creating the right places for businesses to succeed. As they continue to grow they have diversified into new sector and have a large development pipeline and an even bigger property portfolio. To support this growth they are strengthening their team across the business and have a new and challenging role. As a Marketing Executive within the marketing team, you will be supporting and working across a broad range of property marketing projects and wider initiatives spanning their core city regions of Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds & Birmingham.

*Assist in the development and effective delivery of the marketing, communications and events strategies for the Park
*Assist in the writing, production and delivery of a marketing and communications plan encompassing all aspects of the Park
*Write, produce and issue internal communications to all customers, partners and stakeholders
*Draft and issue press releases to assist in keeping the media, their customers and stakeholders informed of their plans, ambitions and successes through on and offline channels
*Manage the creation and production of marketing materials across different mediums
*Support the development of and increase their online presence through content creation for the website and the creative and effective use of social/digital media for marketing purposes
*Support the organisation and promotion of their internal events and external conference/exhibition programme both in the UK and abroad using a number of channels
*Support public and stakeholder consultation events
*Work effectively with members of the sales team to assist in the creation of lively, engaging materials to support prospecting campaigns for lab and office space
*Work effectively with suppliers, partners, stakeholders and other team members across the portfolio
*Effectively monitor, measure and report against marketing activity to ensure return on investment
*To be a brand guardian and assist in building the Alderley Park brand

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

*Educated to degree level or have specific industry experience relevant to the role
*Experience working in a marketing or marcomms position
*Interested and curious about what they do, the companies they work with and the vision for the Park
*Strong communication, planning and organisation skills
*Excellent writing skills and the ability to channel messages appropriately using different mediums
*Creative and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
*Flexible, creative, confident and take a common sense approach to getting things done
*Experience in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of social media management suites
*Experience of media relations is desirable.

£24,000 - £28,000
