I am working with a well-established Silicon Valley based tech company that is making big waves in the mobile scene. They’ve made a major impact by providing businesses with unrivalled mobile app marketing services and they are seriously growing.
Working with major brands, nothing is more important to them then providing the best customer service and they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to champion this.
Working in a post-sales capacity, the CMS will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring customer happiness and project managing client success deliverables. The role will also give you the scope to grow revenue from existing accounts and to support customers in defining upfront campaign goals and objectives.
Being a major player in the US, their UK office is just taking stride and this opportunity offers a startup vibe, within an established business. As an early entry in the UK office you will also have a unique opportunity to have serious input in the business and shape the growth of the CS team.
And did I mention the serious earning potential?
Ideally, you will have 4+years of digital media account management/sales experience and any experience of working with software products or knowledge of mobile advertising networks is a major plus!
