Role: Graduate Marketing Executive

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum

Location: Teesside

My client is an ambitious SME business who provide IT and communication related technology solutions to organisations across the UK. An opportunity exists to join this Teesside-based business as a Marketing Executive, a role that is ideally suited to someone who has recently completed a Marketing related Degree or has gained experience in the sector via the apprenticeship route.

The Role

• To set up and use the Company’s social media accounts e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and others the Company may use to maintain and enhance the Company’s brand awareness and to promote the Company’s products and services.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer survey.
• Work alongside colleagues and managers to stay ahead of trends.
• Develop an understanding of using key marketing tools including ActiveCampaign and Canva.
• Use strong organisational skills to plan, create, and execute key marketing tasksCreate PR-friendly content that will support the companies outreach strategy.
• Undertake and successfully complete industry training.
• Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters.
• Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company.
• Liaising with Printers, Designers and any other necessary publishing organisations.

The Person

• Previous Marketing experience would be beneficial, but it is also ideally suited to a recent graduate or equivalent from a marketing discipline.
• An enthusiastic and confident approach, with a creative mindset.
• Experience of working under your own autonomy, whilst also being capable of communication within the broader team.
• Strong desire to be part of an organisation that delivers customers breakthrough results.
• Due to the location, a driving licence is beneficial.
