Commercial Brand Manager – Food Retail – London – Up to £50k

The client & the role…

Our client is the multinational operator of some of the worlds best known brands, food retail, restaurants and quick service concepts.

They are on the hunt for a Commercial Brand Manager to join their fantastic Marketing team at their London HQ

Your duties will include but not be limited to…

  • Driving like for like sales growth
  • Supporting the Head of Commercial to create the Commercial plan for each of your specified brands
  • Preparation of Marketing briefs
  • Total accountability of successful implementation of Marketing activities through operational teams
  • Managing all commercial set-up for new openings including range, pricing and POS
  • Spend 1 day a week observing and supporting implementation in operational units

The person….

  • Experience of using price, range, display and space, margin and category optimisation to deliver commercial results
  • Experience of delivering profit targets
  • Ability to drive decision making, manage senior stakeholders, and manage client relationships
  • Fantastic knowledge of trends within the food and beverage industry
