Brand Manager - Personal Care
Household name and a category leader, looking for their next Brand Manager. Key focus on growing brand presence and identity within core retail accounts.
You'll need to start from a foundation based on curiosity and an ability to understand the market - using data & insight to scope out what competitors are up to, and how that affects your strategy. You'll be open-minded and not afraid to explore new avenues to eek out growth.
Once you're strategy is set, you'll need to be a hand-on 'do-er', with the ability to execute exceptional campaigns and an understanding of NPD, in-store promotions & customer activation.
You'll need a commercial mindset in order to work closely with sales teams, and have the ability to manage your own budget/P&L.
