- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tactical marketing initiatives
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Manage a small team, to deliver impactful activations and marketing campaigns.
Profile
A successful ‘Interim Marketing Manager’ should have:
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Strength in multi-site retail, trade, channel marketing.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Line management experience.
