Marketing Coordinator

We’ve just had an amazing opportunity come in from an award-winning PR and Content Marketing Agency, empowering technology companies to reach senior retail decision makers through dynamically targeted campaigns. Their campaigns combine the best of breed skills in Content and Digital Marketing, PR, Event Management, Design and Social Media, to get their clients closer to their prospects. That’s why they are ideally looking for someone with 2-3 years agency-side marketing experience who can work across marketing, business, website maintenance, social media, events, PR and admin.

Your duties would be:

  • Experience with email marketing
  • Work on strategy and the execution of new business marketing and how that integrates into the sales process
  • Track and report on weekly website traffic using Google Analytics
  • Opperate LinkedIn
  • Coordinate retail connections events
  • Work with PR team to identify opportunities
  • Plan and budget events

What they are looking for from you:

  • First class organisation and presentation skills
  • Ability to produce detailed and accurate reports on all contacts with clients providing confirmation of actions to Client / Account Handlers
  • Timely communication in order to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient on a Marketing Automation platform and able to collate/analyse/present results from campaigns set up in the tool
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
  • Excellent Excel and Photoshop skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and SquareSquare
  • Ability to present accurately and concisely
