Oxford Castle Unlocked is a visitor attraction with a story that covers over 1000 fascinating years of Oxford’s history. The Castle has held both famous and infamous residents; serving time as a religious site, a home for royalty, a centre of justice and the County Gaol. The fully guided tour reveals stories about the people who resided at the site and the extraordinary tales that connect them to it.
If you are an experienced marketer with a flair for sales and an understanding of audience development, this is the opportunity for you! You will have experience of delivering strong marketing campaigns and an understanding of the importance of a strong brand. You will be responsible for generating and monitoring a pipeline of potential clients with a clear plan of converting this to sales. If you are looking for a role that is enjoyable and challenging, this role will offer you the opportunity to develop creative and innovative approaches to build on the existing success of the attraction.
We are looking for a confident individual with a strong work ethic, focus and initiative with the ability to work as part of a close knit management team. A positive attitude is key - you will be flexible and willing to work at the attraction during the week, with some evening or weekend working when required.
