Digital Channel Manager
Our client are a market leading financial services company based in Leeds and are recruiting for a Digital Channel Manager to join their growing marketing team. The role is a fantastic senior digital opportunity and will be focused around defining, shaping and leading the implementation of the digital roadmap for the UK group of businesses.
·Influencing the digital strategy in non UK Group Companies.
·Ensuring the product roadmap delivers compliant solutions and agreement is achieved
·Owning the content and feature changes for the digital channel.
·Being an expert in using Google Analytics to understand website activity and performance and use this to suggest improvements and new features.
·Working with Operational Analytics to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and satisfaction with the digital channels including improvements in Net promoter score.
·Being part of the Agile delivery team for the websites and acting as the product owner including defining priorities and resolving issues.
·Understanding all customer journeys relating to digital channel to enable effective design and delivery of changes.
·Proven experience of managing digital channels both operationally and strategically.
·Technically orientated, with a good understanding of consumer and corporate solutions.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service.
·A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change.
·Experience of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same.
