Marketing Manager - Conversion
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conversion Marketing Manager to join our Digital Acquisition team.

What you’ll be doing
As Conversion Marketing Manager, you will, in conjunction with the Head of Digital Acquisition, develop the digital conversion strategy to maximise the value from traffic driven from a variety of organic and paid channels including PPC, SEO and Display, improve the customer journey across all devices and ultimately drive new trialists and valuable members. You'll have an innovative approach to scope out, plan and deliver tests exploring new customer hypotheses, price points and propositions.
We require a goal orientated individual with analytical and digital skills and the ability to manage a variety of competing projects. You will lead, nurture and develop a team of three, supporting them to execute the campaigns. Furthermore, you will foster positive relationships across the business, working closely with our Digital, UX, Editorial and wider Marketing teams.
What we're looking for
- High commercial awareness, and used to working with large brands and understands the importance of brand reputation Knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts to drive customer acquisition Proven experience of strategic planning & management of successful marketing campaigns to improve digital conversion Confident communication and influencing skills and ability to build strong relationships Experience of managing financial budgets Expertise in MVT tools and platforms and on-site analytics Line management experience Experience of subscription businesses a bonus
