Located in the highly prestigious St Peter's Square development in the city centre, Distrelec are establishing their new Enterprise Hub and hiring a Campaign Manager - Retention & Loyalty

The Enterprise Hub will be the European centre for the implementation of their new digital operations that will deliver all online trading, marketing and technical deliveries for the organisation. The role:

The campaign manager for retention and loyalty will have the overall ownership to define and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that focus on increasing retention and loyalty as part of the customer lifecycle. Managing a mix of proactive and reactive retention campaigns across multiple markets, channel and stakeholders. Working with the wider marketing campaigns team, you will project manage all retention and loyalty programmes that will test and introduce new, innovative and personalised marketing and customer channels to increase the effectiveness of the company investments.

Key accountabilities:

You will be responsible for the delivery of retention and loyalty related KPIs through creating and implementing active marketing campaigns. Effectively using customer segmentation and personal behaviour you will increase the success of growth retention and loyalty campaigns, with a clear understanding of how loyalty activities is positively impacting the business. Owning the annual marketing campaign plan for retention, this role will work hand-in-hand with the wider customer lifecycle campaign team and overall marketing plan.

Skills & experience:

You will be a skilled marketing campaign candidate with a background in delivering excellent retention and loyalty campaigns in a digital environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing end-to-end campaigns to achieve strong commercial results and presenting these to key stakeholders. You will have a thorough understanding of digital campaigns and techniques to increase customer loyalty and grow existing accounts. A proven knowledge of the latest online and offline marketing channels and techniques is essential. As an individual, you will have the ability to work under pressure in a sales focussed organisation and be capable of proactively being able to recognise short term business performance challenges and building campaign activity and plans to solve them.
