If you love good food, fine wine and have a real passion for developing high quality, creative, big impact multi-channel marketing programmes, you're probably going to love this role!

Working as an Assistant Brand Manager for this big brand Italian restaurant chain, you will be supporting the head of marketing in the execution of the brand's marketing strategy. This will be a good broad mix of classical marketing disciplines, including PR and communications, social media and digital, in-store and adverting/promotional marketing programmes too.

It's a programme that's got a good seasonal mix to it, and therefore lots of variety too. With special promotions around key calendar dates like Mother's Day, Valentines, Easter and Summer holidays and of course, Christmas.

The business you will be working for is a high street favourite chain restaurant. They're pulling together new menus as well as concept restaurants to look to move their brand positioning a little more premium.

You will be supporting with campaigns across the board, including helping to manage agencies, pull together campaigns and creative concepts, and generally managing a busy workload to quite tight deadlines. This really is a great opportunity for someone with a love of good marketing, as well as a real interest in the food and drink industry!

THE COMPANY

Aside from being a high street favourite European restaurant chain. The head office is made up of a close knit marketing function, offering a dress down, non-corporate environment in an open plan office in Central London. They reflect a culture of internal development and pride themselves on being able to demonstrate numerous examples of people who have joined their business in similar 'entry level' positions such as this one, and have progressed vertically within the business quickly to greater things. In fact, that's exactly why this role has come about, due to an internal promotion.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Relevant experience established within a brand and marketing function for restaurant, hospitality, retail, classical FMCG or even high profile beauty brand
  • Good foundation across marketing disciplines like PR & Comms, brand marketing, advertising, promotional marketing, digital & social channels
  • Solid organisational skills, working to deadlines and delivering campaigns
  • Able to orientate successfully in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Able to work with agencies, briefing them and overseeing their output
  • Must have the necessary visas to live and work in the EU
